We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Velqure. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us at gambhirinternational@gmail.com to begin the return process.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are missing original packaging.
